Thing 4 YouTube

In this exercise we will be looking at the video hosting site YouTube.
Here's Wikipedia's description of YouTube.

You may already be familiar with YouTube - possibly before you began 23 things @ UL but we've also been using it throughout the programme. YouTube is currently the most popular site allowing users to upload their own video content easily. It also allows you to embed clips into your own blog or website.

Do some searching around YouTube yourself and see what the site has to offer. You'll find everything from Web 2.0 to the Evolution of dance to Mr Bean's revolution of dancing. Of course, like any free site, you’ll find a lot of stuff not worth watching but see for yourself what the site has to offer.
You might like to play this YouTube video of the Party on the Plaza celebrating 20 years of UL as a university!
